By creating an account or using Be Interesting (the “Service”), operated by Point Dynamics (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Be Interesting is an AI-powered social intelligence training platform. Through conversation, it helps you build knowledge across topics like culture, current events, food and drink, and more. The Service includes:

• AI-powered conversational learning
• A persistent memory system that builds a profile of your interests and preferences
• Daily personalized briefings and conversation starters
• Scenario-based quizzes
• Spaced repetition knowledge review

The Service is available via web at beinteresting.ai and through our mobile application.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $14.99 per month (USD).

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the AI models or underlying systems
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

You retain ownership of the content you provide (messages, preferences, personal information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You can delete your content — including individual profile facts, conversations, or your entire account — at any time. Deletion is permanent.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, briefings, quizzes, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes.

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for how you use information from the Service in real-world conversations and decisions.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

The Service, including its design, code, AI systems, branding, and content (excluding your personal content), is owned by Point Dynamics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Interesting and Point Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on AI-generated content in social situations
• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken based on information provided by the Service

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Point Dynamics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time from your Settings page or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
